At Delhi Watch Company, we strive for precision in every timepiece, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free 7-day return and exchange policy. Please ensure the watch remains in its original, unworn condition with all protective films and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with your order ID and photos of the watch.

  Quality Inspection

  Once your request is approved, our logistics partner will pick up the item for a quality check at our facility to verify its original condition.

  Processing

  After the watch passes our inspection, we will process your refund or prepare your exchange within 3 to 5 business days.

• 4.
  Resolution

  Refunds will be credited to your original payment method, or in the case of an exchange, your new Delhi Watch Company timepiece will be dispatched.
