Are Delhi Watch Company timepieces covered by a warranty?

Yes, all our watches come with a standard 1-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and movement issues from the date of purchase.

How long does shipping take within India?

We typically process orders within 24-48 hours. Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days for metro cities and up to 7 business days for other regions.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 7-day return policy for unused watches in their original packaging. If you receive a damaged product, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery across most pin codes in India. You can also opt for secure online payments via UPI, Credit/Debit cards, or Net Banking.

How should I maintain my mechanical or automatic watch?

To ensure longevity, avoid exposing your watch to extreme temperatures or strong magnetic fields. For mechanical models, ensure they are wound regularly as per the instruction manual provided.

Can I track my order once it has been shipped?

Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS containing a tracking link and a unique AWB number to monitor your shipment in real-time.
